I was given testing when I was in the 8th grade that confirmed my disability. At that time I was testing at about a 4th grade level in math and a 3rd year of college in English and vocabulary. I won any art contest I entered all my life and was always a star when it came to performance in music. I was never able to get a degree though I did have scholarships for music, because I could not complete the math requirements for said degree. I suffer in almost every relationship my entire life because of people trying to control my livelihood for their benefit. I heard the radio show online and I had to come sign up. I am so thankful that you have created this space. People have often called me lazy or stupid, and are confused when I am so smart sometimes and then can't do a simple calculation later. I also have endometriosis which is of course unrelated, but impacts my life in a way that at times makes it difficult for me to get around because I am in severe pain, while at other times I can climb to the top of a mountain. People have accused me of being a liar and I am far from it. I have disabilities and I do the best I can, always. Please check out my music on myspace and friend me if you like it, PEACE :^)

I have always said it Dis-cal-cu-lay-ic. I never knew I was saying wrong. I'll have to practice that. They say things a little different in the south sometimes.
Hi Queenoflight2 and welcome to the forum.
I hate when people say 'you are stupid or not try hard enough', but I guess, you heard me saying that on the radio interview
Music, that is so universal to all humans... love it.
