Today's Dear Abby contains a letter from a woman who has trouble with left/right & East/West:

Abby refers to it as directional dylexia and refers her to GPS, but doesn't really go into LDs. I've written her via her website with links to info about symptoms of visual spatial LDs (including the symptoms page here). If anyone else would like to do so, here's the link:
