It's a free website that you can get a membership to with certification from a physician, and it has a whole bunch of audiobooks you can use! It's paid for by a grant from the U.S. Department of Education. You can download the books as WMA files or you can have them send you a special CD player that lets you flip to certain pages of a book, and they'll send you CDs of the books to listen to.
