Hi everyone!! I just wanted to.ask a quik question.
Can dyscalculia affect my reading? I've never told anyone...but sometimes I have trouble reading. For some odd reason when I read something somethimes the words get fixed up ( not the letter as a dyslexic. Like replacing d for ? Like for example, say this was a sentence in a book.
" sally played with her dog all day long". I would sometimes see it as
" sally dog played with her all day long"-or
"played sally with her dog all day long"
I've always had this problem but its seem to have gotten worse with age. Is it my dyscalculia or...?

I occasionally mix up similar letters, but numbers are the worst. Mixing up words like that is also known to be related to dyslexia. If you have not been tested for an LD yet, you might want to consider also being tested for dyslexia. While similar to dyscalculia, there are some differences.
I'm NOT lost, I'm just taking the scenic rout! |
