UTA (University of Texas at Arlington) has added some 'certificates' to its offerings. I suspect that this is an attempt at keeping the college afloat by actually offering things that people 'need', rather than just the same old fare.

I suspect that a person who doesn't even live in Texas might be able to take this webinar. Haven't researched this though. I would totally love to take these courses if I could afford it. - jus'
