I know that there is a site for MENSA International that does something similar to what you are describing. After clicking on this link,

click on National Groups over on the left side. Clicking on Australia, gives you

and from there, clicking on Join Mensa, over on the left side, gives Australian addresses for how to get tested there, where to pay, the age requirement in Australia, and what other tests are acceptable in Australia.

Each country's page has a different 'look', and information specific to that country. And some country's sites are not written in English, but rather in French, Korean, Japanese, etc.
