is this how you use it- for each complete set of 5 lower beads you move a bead in the group of 2 above until both beads are moved, which is replaced by a bead in the 2nd column which is the tens column etc... are these columns of units, tens, hundreds, thousands..it can't be.. you wouldn't need so many columns....don't get it......How do you multiple and divide...you've said before it is possible. ..I'll buy an abacus but I don't know what to do with it.
